This bowl of wellness adds vibrant colour + a whole lot of nutrients to your meal prep. Originally created, adapted + enjoyed by ancient Hawaiians, poke bowls are a nutritious Hawaiian dish that *usually* have marinated raw sushi grade fish over rice, garnished with an assortment of raw vegetables. However, there isn’t a raw fish in sight here, as we’ve chosen to include our cooked salmon, seasoned to perfection with a Teriyaki twist!
